Cloud Platforms & Reliability Engineering
Cloud Professional — AWS + Google Cloud (Dual-Certified)
AiVibe is looking for a dual-certified Cloud Professional who keeps live products fast, reliable and secure on both Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud. You will own production environments end to end — infrastructure as code, observability, incident response and AI/ML model operations — and work with our cloud partner teams to deliver outcomes for the customers of the AiAmbA AI Factory, AiVedha and our enterprise programmes.
- Location
- Chennai, India
- Employment
- Full-time
- Experience
- Hands-on experience supporting live products on both AWS and Google Cloud
- Compensation
- Competitive, based on experience
What you will do
- Operate, monitor and continuously improve live production workloads on AWS and Google Cloud, owning their availability, performance, cost and security posture.
- Apply site reliability engineering practices: define SLIs, SLOs and error budgets, run on-call and incident response, lead blameless post-incident reviews and drive every follow-up to closure.
- Build and maintain infrastructure as code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation or CDK, or equivalent) and CI/CD pipelines with automated tests, policy checks and safe, reversible rollouts.
- Run AI/ML model operations: deploy, version, scale and monitor models and inference endpoints (for example Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock and Google Vertex AI), including drift, latency and cost monitoring.
- Design and run observability — metrics, logs, traces and actionable alerting — with Amazon CloudWatch, Google Cloud Observability, OpenTelemetry and Prometheus/Grafana.
- Keep environments aligned with ISO 27001:2022 controls: identity and access management, network segmentation, encryption, secrets management, backups and tested disaster recovery.
- Engage with AWS and Google Cloud partner teams on architecture reviews, partner programme requirements and joint customer engagements, representing AiVibe professionally.
- Write runbooks, architecture decision records and clean handovers, and mentor engineers on cloud and reliability practice.
What you bring
- Current professional certifications on both AWS and Google Cloud — for example AWS Certified Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator or DevOps Engineer, together with Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, Cloud DevOps Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer.
- Hands-on experience supporting live, customer-facing products in production on both AWS and Google Cloud.
- Working command of reliability (SRE) practices: SLOs and error budgets, incident management, capacity planning and toil reduction.
- Experience operating AI/ML workloads in production: model deployment, monitoring, retraining pipelines and accelerator cost control.
- Strong Linux, networking (VPC, DNS, load balancing, CDN) and container skills, including Kubernetes on Amazon EKS or Google GKE.
- Scripting or programming in at least one of Python, Go, TypeScript or Bash.
- Exposure to partner engagement with cloud providers, ISV programmes or technology partners.
- Clear written and spoken English, and calm, structured communication during incidents.
Nice to have
- Kubernetes certifications (CKA or CKAD).
- Security certifications such as AWS Certified Security – Specialty or Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer.
- Multi-cloud networking and identity federation experience.
- FinOps practice and cost optimisation at scale.
- Exposure to industrial IoT and edge AI workloads.
What we offer
- Competitive compensation, based on experience.
- Ownership of the production platforms behind AiVibe's AI Factory and SaaS products.
- Support for certifications and training across the AWS, Google Cloud and NVIDIA ecosystems.
- Work in an ISO 27001:2022 certified company that is part of NVIDIA Inception, Microsoft for Startups and AWS Activate.
- A culture of ownership, learning and purposeful innovation.
